Airport Assistance

At airtripmart.com, we want to help all our customers have a comfortable and positive travel experience. This also includes helping you arrange airport assistance when departing or arriving at your destination. You can make a special request for a particular service while making your flight booking through our portal. You can also contact us with your special request, and our team will help you understand the available assistance options for your flight.

While making your booking, please be sure to click on “add special assistance” on the passenger details page. Here you can,

• Place a request for wheelchair services.
• Mention if you are traveling with your own mobility device.
• Place a request for individual assistance due to vision, hearing, cognitive or any other disability.
• Mention if you are traveling with a service animal.

Please keep in mind that it may take 24 to 48 hours for special assistance requests to be reviewed and confirmed by the airlines.

Wheelchair assistance may be available,

• To and from your gate
• Between gates for connecting flights
• Through Customs
• To baggage claims

We recommend requesting wheelchair assistance in advance when making your booking online or by contacting us with your request. You can also speak with the airline directly to confirm the arrangements before your journey.

Hearing assistance

We recommend letting a gate agent or flight attendant know that you need hearing assistance. You should also stay aware of flight updates and announcements once you reach the airport. It is a good idea to inform the airline about your hearing requirements so that appropriate arrangements can be made for essential flight updates and the in-flight safety briefing.

Vision assistance

You can request help with checking in or getting to your gate if you need vision assistance. Courtesy wheelchair or arm assistance may be available when you mention your requirements while booking your tickets or when you arrive at the airport.

Cognitive and development assistance

Assistance may be arranged for travelers with cognitive and developmental disabilities when boarding or getting off a flight. Please specify the assistance you require, especially when traveling alone. Contacting the airline in advance and confirming the arrangements can help ensure that the required assistance is available on time.

Special Seating

We want all our customers to travel comfortably and have seating arrangements that meet their needs. Please mention the need for special seating while making your booking, especially if you need

• A safety assistant or someone to help you during the flight
• Can’t move a fixed armrest
• Traveling with a service animal
• Have a fixed or immobilized leg
• Need extra space
