1. www.airtripmart.com collates information from third party suppliers about the flights, hotels,
car rentals, cruises etc. www.airtripmart.com endeavours is to provide correct information about the same but at the same time
www.airtripmart.com cannot be held liable directly or indirectly for any information mismatch or last minute changes.
www.airtripmart.com aims to provide all information about the Flights, hotels, car rentals, crusies, vacation packages ,
visas, passports, baggage rules but these keep changing for time to time. The customer should keep himself or herself updated
and informed about any visa or travel related rules for any not limited to specific country or city or airlines or hotels or cruises .
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless www.airtripmart.com, its parents, subsidiaries, shareholders, agents,
affiliates, employees, directors and officers, from any and all liability, claim, loss, damage, demand or expense
(including reasonable attorneys’ fees) (collectively, a “Claim”) asserted by any third party, including governmental entities, due to,
arising from, or in connection with: (i) any breach by the Indemnifying Party of the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation,
any breach of any warranty or representation contained herein; and (ii) any gross negligence or willful misconduct committed by
either party. The Indemnifying Party shall have the right to conduct the defense of any such Claim and all negotiations for its
settlement or compromise; provided, however, that (a) no settlement or compromise affecting the financial or legal obligations of
Indemnified party shall be agreed to without Indemnified party’s prior written approval (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld),
(b) the Indemnified party shall have the right to participate, at its own expense, in the defense and/or settlement of any such Claim,
and (c) the Indemnified party notifies the Indemnifying Party promptly of a Claim, provided that, failure to provide timely notice
will not alter the Indemnifying Party’s obligations except to the extent that the Indemnifying Party is materially prejudiced thereby.
3. Changes in Itenary
You have the right to change in Itenary in case of any emrgency or any change of plan but such changes does not guarantee
full refund or same fare as booked originally by the use.
4. RIGHT TO CANCELLATION and Right to Refuse BY www.airtripmart.com IN CASE OF INVALID INFROMATION FROM
www.airtripmart.com reserves the right to cancel any travel booking by you or reight to refuse Travel booking if it
feels the information provided by you is incorect or fraudulent or does not abide by the laws of any country where you are bound to

Any changes or cancellation or modification or refunds are subjected to fees both by the Supplier(Airlines, Hotels,
Crusie, Car rentals etc) depending on the time the request is made and also depends on the itenary , domestic or Internation
Any change in the itenary is subjected to exchange which may vary depending on the Supplier terms, date of travel,
time of change
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the internal laws of the State of
Illonis, without reference to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and the parties expressly consent that any dispute arising from or out
of, or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal Court, as applicable, located in Chicago,IL.
Prices shown on the website are very dynamic in nature and are provided by suppliers . www.airtripmart.com cannot be held
liable for any changes thereof for any price changes
9. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
You warrant that all information provided by you is correct. You warrant that you are legally allowed agewise to do a
travel booking with www.airtripmart.com as per the Governing laws of the country. You warrant that all information provided by you is
correct and up to date.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES YOU WILL HOLD www.airtripmart.com LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES),
ARISING FROM ANY ASPECT OF THE RELATIONSHIP PROVIDED HEREIN. IN ADDITION, IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY’S
TOTAL OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY HEREUNDER EXCEED THE LESSER OF THE SPECIFIC CAMPAIGN IN QUESTION (AS SPECIFIED IN THE INSERTION ORDER) OR
TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00). REGARDLESS OF ANY LAW TO THE CONTRARY, NO ACTION, SUIT OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE BROUGHT AGAINST EITHER PARTY
MORE THAN ONE YEAR AFTER THE DATE UPON WHICH THE CLAIM AROSE.
10.2 YOU HEREBY WAIVE www.airtripmart.com ITS RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. EACH PARTY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE
OTHER PARTY HAS AGREED TO PRICING IN RELIANCE UPON THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND THE DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND DAMAGES SET FORTH
HEREIN, AND THAT THESE CONSIDERATIONS FORM AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE PARTIES. EACH PARTY AGREES THAT THE
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT WILL SURVIVE AND APPLY EVEN IF FOUND TO HAVE
FAILED OF THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Any information which is deemed Confidential by www.airtripmart.com shall be maintained confidentially by the user and
shall not be disclosed unless as required by law or to serve the purpose of this agreement and the obligations of both the
12.1 TICKET Errors DISCLAIMER
www.airtripmart.com is not responsible for any tickets that could not be issued or processed due to incomplete verification of credit
card information, and/or credit card decline and/or due to technical glitches. No fare is guaranteed unless tickets are issued.
12.2 HUMAN ERROR
Any error made by any our employee or Agent will be looked into and www.airtripmart.com will try to get it rectified in reasonable
time frame .
It is the duty of every passenger to reconfirm his flight bookings 24 hours prior to departure. You are free to contact
www.airtripmart.com for any kind of assistance required in such a scenario
12.4 Overbooking of Flight
In case the flight is overbooked, the airlines usually asks for volunteers who want to give up their booking for a
certian compensation. In case no volunteers are available, airlines usually gives priority as per the Priority Boarding rules of the
Airlines. Anyone who misses the flight due to overbooking will be compensated as per the airlines policy
12.5 All tickets which will be delivered to the customer will over the internet on their email
ids and will be electronic in nature. www.airtripmart.com do not provide physical delivery of tickets
13. SYSTEM ERROR
In case of a system error regarding pricing of air booking from www.airtripmart.com website, www.airtripmart.com withholds the right
NOT to sell the booking at the erroneous price. Once a system error has been
identified, www.airtripmart.com will notify you of the right price. At the same time, www.airtripmart.com will NOT require you to
purchase the erroneous reservation at the amended price.
14. USE OF THE TRAVEL SITE
You may only use the Travel Site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use the Travel Site for
any other purposes, including making any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
You may not (a) use any "robot", "spider", or other automatic device, or a program, algorithm or methodology having similar processes or
functionality, or any manual process to monitor or copy any of the web pages, data or content found on the Travel Site, (b) link to any
portion of the Travel Site, without the prior written permission of www.airtripmart.com, (c) use the Travel Site in violation of, or to
violate, any law, rule or regulation, or (d) "frame", "mirror", or otherwise incorporate any part of the Travel Site into any other
website without farekingdom's prior written authorization.
You acknowledge and agree that you will not use, nor will you permit any use of, the Travel Site in conjunction with any of your activities
or business by anyone that resides, stays or is accessing the Travel Site from a country prohibited under U.S. export and/or Office of
Foreign Assets Control regulations, including, but not limited to, regulations based upon sanctions, country programs against or
embargoes. For more information regarding these regulations, visit www.treas.gov/ofac. You shall automatically become unauthorized to
use the Travel Site in the event of a breach of this obligation.
You specifically agree to indemnify and hold harmless farekingdom and the Service Providers for any breach of this "Use of Travel Site"
15. TERMS OF PURCHASE
Separate terms and conditions dictated by the applicable Service Provider will apply additionally to your reservation and
purchase of products and services on the Travel Site. You agree to abide by such terms and conditions, including payment of all amounts
when due and compliance with the applicable Service Provider's policies, rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares,
products and services. You understand that any violation of any such Service Provider's terms, conditions, policies, rules or restrictions
may result in (a) your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation or purchase, (b) cancellation of your reservation or purchase, (c)
your being denied access to any flights www.airtripmart.com debiting your account for any costs www.airtripmart.com incurs as a result
of such violation. You acknowledge that you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments
arising out of your use of the Travel Site.
16. AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY
You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use the Travel Site and to create binding legal obligations
for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of the Travel Site. You agree to supervise all use of the Travel Site by
minors using your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using the
Travel Site is true and correct. You understand that you are responsible for all uses of the Travel Site by you and those using your
name or account. We retain the right to deny access to anyone to the Travel Site, at any time and for any reason, including without

YOUR USE OF THE TRAVEL SITE, AND ALL MATERIALS AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE TRAVEL SITE, ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE TRAVEL
SITE, AND ALL MATERIALS AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE TRAVEL SITE, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
18. TRAVEL TO CERTAIN DESTINATIONS
While most travel — domestic and international — is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve
more risk than travel to other destinations. www.airtripmart.com urges users of the Travel Site to review current travel advisories,
restrictions issued by the United States government before booking any travel. In addition, passengers are responsible for determining
and obtaining proper documentation for travel to international destinations.
BY OFFERING FOR SALE TRAVEL TO PARTICULAR DESTINATIONS, www.airtripmart.com DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS
ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.
19. CHARGEBACKS AND CREDIT CARD DISPUTES
The customer agrees not to dispute the processing fee, airline ticket charge or fare adjustment if www.airtripmart.com
abides by the terms and conditions of the airlines and this agreement.
If you made a booking on www.airtripmart.com and did not receive notification of ticketing it is your responsibility to contact us.
If you need to investigate any charge on your credit card, please call or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before
the charge with the credit card company. If the customer attempts a chargeback on a non-refundable airline ticket, service fee or a
fare adjustment that meets the terms and conditions of the airline and this agreement; the customer agrees to refund the full amount of the
chargeback plus a $200 penalty for the inconvenience and accounting fee. In cases where the customer attempts a fraudulent chargeback,
the customer will be responsible for the cost required to initiate legal proceedings in order to recoup the potential loss imposed by the
19. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
For refundable fares, a processing fee by www.airtripmart.com Customer Service may be charged for all permitted cancellations.
All of airline’s service fees and airline tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. All cancellations should be done via phone only.
Refund requests will be accepted only after following conditions have been met:
Traveller has applied for cancellation and refund with us and the airline rules allow for the same.
Traveller should not be a “no show”. Most no-show bookings are not eligible for refund processing from suppliers.
Waivers are secured from the airlines by us to process the request for cancellation and refund.
For flight ticket refunds, it is difficult to provide exact date or time it may take for the refund process.
All requests for refunds are processed in a sequence. Once a notification is sent to the customer service agent, an e-mail notification
will be sent by us to confirm such request. However, this notification is just an acknowledgement of your request and does not
automatically qualify you for a refund. Upon receiving the request, we work with the concerned airlines to arrive at a waived amount
based on the rules of the airlines and then notify you the decision of the airlines. Please note that we depend on the airlines to receive
refunds. After approval of refund by the airlines, it might take some additional time for the same to reflect in your credit card statement.
Generally, a penalty is charged for refunds by all airlines. The entire process, from receipt of your refund request to reflection of the same
in your credit card statement, might take 60-90 days. Apart from the refund penalties imposed by the airline, a fee for processing this
refund will be charged by www.airtripmart.com. These fees will be assessed only if the airline has authorized the refund or a waiver has
been received and when such refunds are permitted by rules of the airline. In case the airline does not process your refund, we will refund
you the processing fees charged by us.
20. CANCEL AND EXCHANGE
All airline tickets are completely non-refundable and non-transferable after 12 hours of booking. In cases where the airline
does allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards ticket purchase in future with travel on flights of the same airline. Fare difference
(if any) and the applicable penalty will be added in such cases. The time constraints and expiration date of such credit should be discussed
before hand with the customer service agent. All such bookings that allow for cancellation must be cancelled prior to the scheduled departure
time of the flight by calling our customer service representative. We do not guarantee any cancellation. The credit available must be used within
a certain time period and date or you will lose the credit amount. When making a new booking, you will have to pay the applicable fare difference,
airline penalties and www.airtripmart.com exchange fees. All such changes are governed by the rules and regulations of the airlines. No
representations or guarantees on fees or changes are provided by www.airtripmart.com. Read our Refunds policy if you’re cancelling a booking or
applying for refund. For changing the flight dates or routing, read more about our Change policy.
For non-refundable fares, for any change in the itinerary after issuing of tickets (in case it is permitted by the airline),
following change fees is applicable.
